Requirements for the Rack and guide rail system

According to the "Steel shelf Structure", "Production Requirements for Suspension Guide" standards and trolley working environment requirements, the shelf system must meet the following requirements:

1. Guide rail material: galvanized plate

2. Straightness of guide rail: every 3 meters ≤±1mm, and the total length range ≤±2mm

3. Guide section distortion: every 2 meters ≤±1mm, and the total length range ≤±2mm

4. In the same section direction, the height error of the two guides should be within 3mm

5. The vertical plane error of the two guide rails is +1 ~ 2mm

6. The end plate (guide rail connecting plate and end baffle) shall not interfere with the operation of the car

7. The sliding surface and side of the butt position of the guide rail should be smooth

8. (At 20°C) the free clearance of the guide rail is 0.5 ~ 1.5mm
